We are all made up of aspects of both sexes, even starting life in the womb as female until a specific chromosome is introduced. Somewhere is the midst of all of this is our balance. When we accept what we know to be our authentic selves – which is often much more than the old role models for men and women allow – we become complete as men and women. We become complete as people, regardless of the gender labels.
Ask yourself, “What male and female strengths do I have within me?”
